Who We Are
At Twin Cities Homeless Shelter – formerly Twin Cities PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter) – we provide emergency night shelter for up to 25 guests each night. However, we are more than a place to rest. We are a compassionate starting point for those seeking recovery, mental health support, and a path to stability.

Below are snippets from the Illinois DHS 2024 Report. For our area, 44% more people are experiencing homelessness than they did in 2023. We are determined to help our community as they face uncertain times.
